I officially started as pastor at Pleasant Grove on March 1, 2008. I am originally from South Carolina. I moved here for seminary and was called to serve at Pleasant Grove. Since then God has truly given me a heart for this church and this community. I graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2010 with my Masters of Divinity in Christian Ministry.

I have learned through the years that we have a lot of good, faithful people here at Pleasant Grove that will be there to support and encourage you when you need it. This truly is a good church with loving people that are willing and ready to serve our Lord Jesus. If you are new to the community or have been here for a while and are looking for a church home, I encourage you to visit with us at Pleasant Grove and see if this is where God is leading you to plug in and serve Him.
